As a Consultant in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space, people often ask me what exactly do I do.

In simple terms, I help organisations of all types and industries be more inclusive in an organic and sustainable way:

  • Organic: it has to come from within (top down and bottom up).

  • Sustainable: it’s about treating the root cause, not the symptom.

But what does that mean?

We basically perform an anatomy scan of your company:

  • The heart: how the people are feeling.

  • The eye sight: how clear is the vision.

  • The brain: how the leadership is thinking and operating.

  • The hearing: how the company is listening to the voice and feedback of its employees.

  • The muscles: how strong and flexible the different departments are.

  • The lungs: the corporate values and how they flow within the organization.

We do the corporate equivalent of a 360 body scan and identify areas where there is opportunity to be “healthier”, or in our words more inclusive.

So are we going to make your organisation more inclusive?
