Team Building Workshop
In March 2024, I partnered with Punch Presentations to deliver a two-hour team-building workshop to the leading yacht company in Asia.
The event took place at the Fullerton Hotel in Hong Kong, where the organization hosted its regional meeting with over 80 participants. Teams from China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan came together to discuss the new strategy and how to work together as a winning team to deliver the best customer experience in the region and globally.
Our session focused on teamwork and nurturing a teamwork mindset to create a winning team. We hosted different team building activities where the participants worked in groups and collaborated. We also talked about the different communication styles and the importance of flexing to be most effective when communicating and leading others.
The key takeaway was the importance of being a team player and zooming out to think about the team first to achieve success collectively.
