Allyship Masterclass for AIA
In July 2025, I delivered a Masterclass on Allyship for AIA Asia Pacific on the topic of ALLYSHIP as a tool to empower everyday inclusion.
Over 300 participants joined the virtual session from the region and engaged through polls, activities and chat.
In today’s diverse and multicultural workplace, understanding how to be an effective ally is key to creating a culture of inclusion, belonging and performance.
