The Anti-Procrastinator at the Singapore Writers Festival
In November 2025, I had the privilege of speaking at the 28th edition of the Singapore Writers Festival, Asia’s premier multilingual literary gathering, held from November and organized by Arts House Group under the theme “Shape of Things to Come.” This year’s festival invited over 300 local and international presenters to dream, question, and reimagine a world that is inventive, inclusive, and deeply human.
The event included more than 200 programmes at venues like The Arts House, Victoria Theatre, and community pop-ups.
I was delighted to have the opportunity to present my book, The Anti-Procrastinator (Penguin Random House) during a workshop at the Singapore National Library. My session was moderated by fellow author, Lyn Lee, who recently launched Tiny Rice Grains.
The session about The Anti-Procrastinator was an interactive fireside chat which looked at the rootcauses of procrastination and went deeper into the 6 types of procrastinators I describe in the book (The Perfectionist, The Dreamer, The Rebel, The Worriers, etc).
You can order your copy of The Anti-Procrastinator on Amazon.
