Inclusive Leadership presentation at the EU Office in Hong Kong
On 21 April 2023, I delivered a presentation about Inclusive Leadership at the Delegation of the European Union in Hong Kong. The event was hosted by the EU Office and was attended by multiple Trade Commissioners and Consuls from EU countries.
The presentation covered the topic of unconscious bias, the importance of inclusive leadership and inclusive behaviors to create more inclusive teams. It was followed by an interactive discussion on how to drive inclusive practices in the workplace and the role leaders play in advocating for inclusion and equity.
